The study contractors plan to survey 150 drivers in five locations per county, for a total 4,500 participants. This is a self-selected sample. No one will "volunteer" for a blood and breathalyzer test if they're driving under the influence. The study will find that 0% of Washington State drivers are under the influnce of a controlled substance. What's the real point of this, I wonder??

Earned? As in taxable?
Sounds like a bribe to relinquish Liberty.

Hmmm. Washington is one of 11 states that bans suspicionless checkpoints.
To get around this is $60 putting a smiley face on it?

I would bet they already have most people’s DNA. Ever Lick an envelope?
To: steve86
They’ll use the sample to SEQUENCE YOUR DNA.
Without telling you.

The only way they get my DNA is when they mop up my blood from the walls and floor.

The last time they had one of these big brother roadblocks, the powers that be were claiming the purpose was to determine prescription drug use amongst drivers, and whether their prescription drug use affected their driving abilities. At least, this is what they claimed.

They are building a massive DNA database of Americans.

“They are building a massive DNA database of Americans.”
Creepy; I wouldn’t want the making clones with it, either.

Pretty much a DNA database being constructed. Eventually through obamacare when you go to the dr or hospital they will have your DNA on file.
These tyrannical scum would make the NKVD and Stasi blush with their brash tactics.
