Mexican officials apparently are floating the possibility that jailed Marine Andrew Tahmooressi could avoid a lengthy prison term, if -- and only if -- he blames the entire episode on post-traumatic stress disorder.
Rep. Duncan Hunter, R-Calif., revealed the development in a letter sent Monday to Marine Corps Commandant Gen. James Amos.
Relaying the details of discussions he's had with Mexican officials on the case, Hunter wrote: "It was conveyed to me that the only way Andrew can avoid an extended prison sentence is by stating that PTSD was the reason for his mistake."

Let me get this right....
So for The Marine who crossed the border accidently due to a huge sign being removed that would have prevented this whole incident, the Mexicans want him to lie, just like his lawyer wanted him to lie. Not just any lie, but PTSD. That would kill his career in the Marines, get his weapons confiscated since mental issues prevent ownership. He may get a court marshal for either lying or in possession of weapons with PTSD, illegal.
GEE THERE IS NO UPSIDE FOR THIS MARINE IF HE LIES AND SAYS HE HAS PTSD...Yet the idiot in chief has not lifted a finger to help him...
There is a sign somewhere in a gun shop that says:

No, pleading “Guilty” under the pretense that they’ll let you off on an excuse, is B.S., and a fool’s bet.
Tell them, screw you, your confusing road system should allow for a return loop without being subject to every B.S. gotcha rule you have in place to extract ransom.
I was thinking the 36,000 felons Obama just let out of our Federal Prisons would be a good trade.
Force Recon can cause some Traumatic Stress and get him out free.
Better yet, shut off all US dollars heading south until the Marine is set free. Would be more effective. But then that would require an American President who is loyal to this country and it’s military.
Take the opportunity to get the hell out of that prison. Use whatever label you need. PTSD does not have to be a permanent condition for everyone.
