The U.S. Air Force has sent its most advanced bomber to Europe for the first time, amid the still-festering Ukraine crisis.
Two B-2 Spirit stealth bombers, the most sophisticated warplanes ever employed in combat by the U.S., will be based for a "short-term deployment" at Fairford, a Royal Air Force base in England 90 miles (150 km) west of London -- just three hours flight away from the Russian border.

1. wag the dog.
2. when will the EXEMPT traitors
in DC protect ... America?
Just when things were calming down between us and Russia.
“The Clinton-Lewinski Ploy”
When in serious trouble, reach out and bomb someone.
Problem is, a real modern war won’t last 2.5 years or so. We’re talking weeks at best if Russia is involved.
Not very stealthy if you release it to the news.
This deployment is just for show. Putin knows that. Obama is weak and will back down. He will then blame Chuck Hagel, again.
So is that jug ear fool getting us into another undeclared war?
Oh, and Obama has managed to get another 5 Special ops guys killed in Afghanistan.
He has about wiped them out. Friendly fire? Sure.
Yea!Sure it’s closer to Russia for our B-2 but it also puts those Billion dollar B-2’s that much closer to Russia.Should the Russian’s decide to make a preemptive attack.
There is No damned reason to place those Aircraft in England. We can’t afford the loss.
We do not need to be over there. It’s none of our business.
“Problem is, a real modern war wont last 2.5 years or so. Were talking weeks at best ...”
I don’t think those kind of mushrooms take weeks to grow. :(
No and they don’t even need rain to grow either unfortunately.
In America you cook mushrooms. From Soviet Russia mushrooms cook you.
I wish I was joking. I see how the nations are starting to act. I wonder if in a few years they are actually going to do it.
I’m living in a city now. I found myself wondering how much in “the radius” I am.
:(
Things could get “Prophetic” pretty soon IMO. Just depends on God’s staying hand. I don’t think it’ll matter where you live if one does go off. It’s game-over if one ever does though.

The vast majority of people would survive a war like that, even if they are in a city that is hit. There are old people in Japan who were children living on the outskirts of Hiroshima. It blows me away that those two cities have been rebuilt and are populated. And we used to use Nevada for testing... that was beyond stupid!
But the thing is that the Japanese society did not fall apart immediately afterward. The panic after, even if it was only one city, would be tremendous. And no one trusts their fellow man or those in authority anymore. It would be bad.
I agree that people will survive the fallout, problem is that we are not the same agrarian self-sustaining society that we used to be. It will be hell on earth for almost everybody if something like that were to happen. Trucks wouldn’t run anymore, gas runs out, commerce literally shuts down completely. People starve, dehydrate, get murdered etc....
As you say—no one trusts their fellow man anymore (especially those in authority), so it begins...
I pray to God Almighty that if such a catastrophe happens, either I’m spared any inconveniences (yeah right) or I perish immediately.
