Clinton: Canada trip showed dangers of climate change

A 2005 Senate trip to Canada opened Hillary Clinton’s eyes to the dangers of climate change and inspired her to push for aggressive actions to fight it, the former secretary of state wrote in her book released Tuesday.

Clinton described flying over the Yukon Territory with three Republican senators and seeing large areas of spruce trees that had been killed by beetles driven north temperature changes.

“A tribal elder recounted how he had returned to a lake where he had fished as a boy only to find it dried up,” Clinton said in her second book, “Hard Choices.” “I met lifelong participants in dogsled races who told me they no longer even needed to wear gloves.”

Didn’t she also state she was named in honor of Sir Edmund Hillary climbing Mount Everest, five and a half years before he did it!

A simple google search shows that, as of 2012, pine beetle infestation hasn't reached the Yukon territory

The truth, much like Bill's lips, hasn't touched Hillary's in a long, long time....

I’ve been to the Bay of Fundy. It was wonderful.

I miss out on all the fun plane rides....

“Senator Clinton. If you will look through this new Q-74 Thermal Imaging Device, you will be able to see polar bears. It hooks behind your ears.”

“Look! He got Hillary to put his dirty old jockstrap over her face!”

“I met lifelong participants in dogsled races who told me they no longer even needed to wear gloves.”

Hmmm... amazing. The earth has warmed by HOW much that dogsled participants no longer wear gloves? 50 or 60 degrees?

Even the craziest climate change kooks don't claim that.

And what the hell are they "racing" on if that were true?

Slush?

Across open lakes?

Oh, wait, the lakes have all dried up.

Does Hillary EVER tell the truth? About ANYTHING?

Wasn't Hillary totally broke when she left the White House?

And Hillary was once 'under fire' - remember that one?

And she was named after Sir Edmond Hillary... years before he made the climb and became known... that one was weird.

... and didn't she have a wonderful faithful husband that a 'vast right wing conspiracy' was telling lies about... something about him and a girl named Monica?

And what about those surprising cattle future trades... with Hillary making over a hundred thousand dollars in six months? Yep, I believe every word that drops from her mouth.

Global warming must be true... and who knows even if what she said 'this time' is true, it's still amazing that a lake dried up. That's never happened in the history of time or the world... /s
