Since 2013 Qatar has had an official Taliban headquarters equipped and manned for Taliban operations and paid for by the US taxpayer.
It appears the Guantanamo five do not need to return to Afghanistan or Pakistan to get back into the terrorist business, Obama/Clinton fixed so they could do it in Qatar.
