I was just confining my points to the selection of our presidents. Our Constitution delegates that duty to our electors, who nowadays are selected by the voters.
Both Secretaries of State submitted copies of the Obama long form Certificate of Live Birth and asked the Hawaii Registrar to verify the information on those copies, which he did.
He wrote: “Additionally I verify that the information in the copy of the Certificate of Live Birth for Mr. Obama that you attached with your request matches the original record in our files.”
Also they submitted both in Mississippi (and in Alabama). There is BOTH a Certified Letter of Verification AND a copy of the long form Certificate of Live Birth.
The Certified Letters of Verification may be “worthless” to some folks, but they weren’t worthless to the Secretaries of State in Arizona and Kansas. Both of them stated that those letters resolved their concerns. If the letters had been worthless, they wouldn’t have cleared Obama for their states’ ballots.

Jill Nagamine is not in possession of the original Obama birth certificate. It resides in the office safe of Dr. Alvin T. Onaka, Hawaii State Registrar of Vital Statistics.

In order to receive a copy or to inspect the original Certificate of Live Birth, you need an “order from a court of competent jurisdiction” in accordance with Hawaii Revised Statute 338-18(b)[point 9].

Other state’s Chief Elections Officials do not fit in any of the other 12 listed categories of persons deemed by Hawaii law to have a “tangible interest,” so if they don’t want to go to a judge and get a court order, they can get a “Certified Letter of Verification In Lieu of Certified Copy” in accordance with the provisions of Hawaii Revised Statute 338-14.3

It was the ATTORNEY, J. Scott Tepper representing Obama who submitted Obama’s birth certificate as authentic, accompanied by a Certified Letter of Verification from the Hawaii Registrar to the federal office of U.S. District Court Judge Henry T. Wingate of the Southern District of Mississippi. It was not Barack Obama himself.

The Obama Certificate of Live Birth was submitted to a Ronald Reagan nominated federal judge in Mississippi on June 6, 2012.
actually, the PDF that was referenced was not supplied by 0bama. therefore, he couldn’t be charged with felony forgery.
the private attorney was looking for confirmation and the only thing confirmed was the information matched not that the image was the same. it was also ‘confirmed’ by loyalists (LFuddy was the only one that claimed to actually see the document, and she died very suspiciously)
so still, he hasn’t submitted as authentic any proof of being born in Hawaii to any official federal office

Actually years before Loretta Fuddy saw the Obama birth certificate, her predecessor as Department of Health Director, Dr. Chiyome Fukino saw the birth certificate along with the state Registrar, Alvin T. Onaka. Dr. Fukino issued two press releases in 2008 and 2009 confirming the authenticity of the birth certificate.

the unfortunate issue here is that the document put forth as valid is a forgery. therefore, we need the original. any testimony from a 3rd party is suspect as a conspiracy brought forth the forged BC

I’m certain that you have noticed the problem with the forgery allegation. In the six years since Obama released the short form Certification of Live Birth and in the three years since he released the long form Certificate of Live Birth, the state of Hawaii has steadfastly stood by the authenticity of the birth certificate across both the Republican administration of Governor Lingle and the Democrat administration of Governor Abercrombie. Under the “Full faith and credit” clause of the Constitution, whatever Hawaii says is a valid and authentic record must be accepted by every other state and by the federal government. Of course “full faith and credit” can be challenged in courts of law.
Loretta Fuddy is indeed dead and gone. But her predecessor, Dr. Chiyome Fukino who examined the birth certificate in 2008 and issued the original statements of verification for the Obama birth certificate is still very much alive, as is Registrar Alvin Onaka who has certified the copies released to Obama and issued the Letters of Verification for it.
Forgery is a criminal act. There has never been a formal charge or arrest of anyone for forgery. There has never been a grand jury investigation of forgery; an indictment for forgery; a forgery trial or a forgery conviction. Therefore we were left with just an allegation of forgery that the state of Hawaii denies.
The thing that has surprised me the most is that Congress, particularly the House of Representatives apparently has zero interest in this issue. There has never been a single hearing held on Obama’s eligibility or whether his identity documents are fake.
A Congressional subpoena for the original birth certificate so that it can be inspected by experts would work just like a judge’s court order for its release.

At some point in time someone will have to convince a judge, a jury or a congressional committee that the documents don’t stand up to scrutiny. Thus far, that hasn’t happened.
thus far, none of those documents have been submitted into evidence by 0bamas team. almost all cases have been dismissed before evidence is presented and evaluated, protecting 0bama
“The Obama team” does not control the original copies of any of those documents. They are the exclusive property of the state of Hawaii, in the case of the original birth certificate and the Social Security Administration, in the case of the original Social Security number.
A judge can order release of those documents, as can the Chairman of a Congressional investigative committee, via congressional subpoena.

The man who Loretta Fuddy gave the Obama birth certificate copies to so that he could affix his certification stamp to them is the same man who was the first person to go into the Department of Health records and retrieve the Obama birth certificate. His name is Alvin T. Onaka. He’s still alive and Obama’s original Certificate of Live Birth is stored in his office safe.
As for Loretta Fuddy, she was Roman Catholic and sang in the church choir.
