The terrorists who attacked the U.S. consulate and CIA annex in Benghazi on September 11, 2012 used cell phones, seized from State Department personnel during the attacks, and U.S. spy agencies overheard them contacting more senior terrorist leaders to report on the success of the operation, multiple sources confirmed to Fox News.
The disclosure is important because it adds to the body of evidence establishing that senior U.S. officials in the Obama administration knew early on that Benghazi was a terrorist attack, and not a spontaneous protest over an anti-Islam video that had gone awry, as the administration claimed for several weeks after the attacks.

The pattern I notice with Bengazi is that ANY high-level official is saying nothing and almost ALL of the people being honest and coming clean are the LOW GUYS on the Totem pole.

I will never have anything to do with anyone who voted for Obama. Even if they admit they made a mistake. If someone is ever stupid enough to vote for someone like obama, they will always be stupid.
In fact, I only get emails and phone calls now from about four people and they all despise Obama and the democrats as much as I do. And when I say democrats, I mean the democrat voters. No one else knows my email address or phone numbers. Man, life is so much more peaceful now than when I was trying to have an intelligent conversation with idiots.
And what will be done? Nothing.
Anyone who would work for these people are just plain stupid. Stevens should have resigned and got on the next plane out of there. But for some reason, lots of people are willing to sacrifice their careers and even their lives for Obama.
Simple. Protocol calls for the president to disappear.
Hillary and Obama helped Al Qaeda overthrow the government of Libya. Hillary and Obama thought that bought them some positive influence with Al Qaeda. I think Al Qaeda took a look around and said, “Where’s all of Qadaffi’s loot?” They looked over at Hillary and Obama and saw the gold dust all over their fingers and decided two could play that game. They hit the Americans in Benghazi and they hit them hard. Hillary and Obama were shocked. They thought they had bought off Al Qaeda by helping them overthrow Qadaffi. Now, Al Qaeda wanted a cut of the loot Hillary and Obama had taken from Qadaffi’s stash.
Yeah. I’d bet there’s no mention, during those calls, about how a youtube video pissed them off.

Gunfire and an explosion are heard. A TOC agent sees dozens of armed people over security camera flowing through a pedestrian gate at the compound's main entrance. It is not clear how the gate was opened.The agent hits the alarm and alerts the CIA security team in the nearby annex and the Libyan 17th of February Brigade, one of several powerful militias serving as a de facto security presence in Benghazi. The embassy in Tripoli and the State Dept. command center were also alerted.
State Dept. Diplomatic Security follows events in real time on a listen-only, audio-only feed, according to testimony of Charlene Lamb, the deputy assistant director for international programs, given before the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee on Oct 10.
The alarm the TOC agent hit is the Imminent Danger Notification System. When that alert is sent it simultaneously notifies every DoD CentCom on the planet, the WH Situation Room and situation rooms at the State Dept, CIA, DoD, NSA and who knows what other sitrooms in DC. By law the president must be notified of an alert on the IDNS system within 15 minutes. It was triggered less than 20 minutes after the attack had begun.
10:05 p.m. (4:05 p.m. ET):
An alert from the State Department Operations Center is issued to a number of government and intelligence agencies, including the White House Situation Room, the office of the Director of National Intelligence, and the FBI. "US Diplomatic Mission in Benghazi Under Attack" -- "approximately 20 armed people fired shots; explosions have been heard as well. Ambassador Stevens, who is currently in Benghazi, and four COM (Chief of Mission/embassy) personnel are in the compound safe haven."
There it is. 25 minutes after the attack had begun the State Dept. and everyone else on the IDNS system were alerted and knew what was happening.
11 p.m. (5 p.m. ET):
Just ahead of the weekly meeting with Defense Secretary Leon Panetta and Chairman of Joint Chiefs Martin Dempsey, White House National Security Advisor Tom Donilon tells President Obama of the attack and the fire at the main villa. The president is updated several times throughout the evening.
That was a baldfaced lie wasn't it!?!
Our ambassador’s death was ordered by our own government, because he had caught on to how Obama was fomenting insurrection in Syria through Libya.
That is the only possible explanation of why he was even in Benghazi.

Al Qaeda used the Ambassador’s cell phone to get in touch with Hillary and then Obama. The cell phone was important. That let Hillary and Obama KNOW the enemy had the Ambassador.
The negotiations began. It could be that the enemy killed the Ambassador while talking to Obama to prove they were serious. They still had over 30 Americans bottled up in Benghazi that they could trade.
Obama agreed to surrender Benghazi and accept the terms the enemy demanded. Then, he went to bed and waited in fear for any more bad news.
Part of the bargain that Obama agreed to was that no rescue attempt would be made. The five billion dollars “missing” from the State Department would be given to the enemy. Obama shipped American weapons, armored vehicles and night vision equipment to Libya where it was left unguarded and then mysteriously “stolen”. Hillary and Obama were forced to make and distribute a commercial where they apologize to the Moslems.
There is evidently something else that Al Qaeda is using to CONTINUE to blackmail Hillary and Obama. My guess is that it is MANPADS......Stinger portable antiaircraft missiles. That explains the dithering in Syria and Iraq.
It may be that we will have to pay blackmail to protect our aircraft. But, we certainly don’t have to protect the two dumbasses who got us into this. Obama must immediately resign. Hillary and Obama must be charged. Anyone assisting them in this coverup must be given a mandatory life-without-parole sentence.
Biden and Reid and Pelosi need to take that long, sad walk to the back door of the White House to tell Obama that he’s sick and needs to resign.

Either he gave the order and the subordinates didn’t act, or the subordinates never got the order.
I think Leon Panetta is the subordinate that most likely to confirm if that order was given or not.
I bet that the men under attack radio and called for help.
I bet their last words were “Where is are backup!!”
There were over 40 Americans under attack. The 4 killed delayed enough until they were killed so the others were able to escape.
Agreed! Gridlock keeps them from making new laws, which are inevitably ignorant and harmful.
The problem now is that the executive branch has effectively taken over the law making process. And no one is willing to stand up to it.

If 0bama issued a CBA and an order to go and Panetta didn’t act on it I think Panetta would have been thrown under the bus by now. Panetta should be called before Gowdy’s committee and asked directly whether there was any order to send help and whether 0bummer issued a CBA.
