Elements of the February 17 Martyrs Brigade, the Libyan militia hired by the U.S. State Department to station members as residents inside the U.S. compound in Benghazi and to protect the U.S. diplomats there, were “complicit” in the Sept. 11, 2012 terrorist attack that killed Amb. Chris Stevens and three other Americans, according to the testimony of Greg Hicks, who was the department's second-ranking diplomat in Libya at the time of the attack.

Making themselves scarce just before the attack was suspicious. Like Hillary, they complained of not feeling well (enough to dodge mortar shells) and begged off, which kinda defeats their purpose of guarding the consulate, again, like the Secretary of State.
After the dust settled, hey—what difference did it make?

And yes, they were complicit, but they had already warned everyone they would be.
Who is complicit is whoever it was at State that decided to hire militiamen as security in place of a real security team, and who is complicit is whoever it was that sent the ambassador on that doomed trip without security knowing that the militia had already announced they would not defend him.
They physically opened the front gate for them, and the attackers audibly stated “Dr. Morsi sent us…”

IIRC, I remember hearing a report about Sean Smith posting to a gaming forum, on 9/11/12, ‘ in case we die tonight, one of our security detail has been taking pictures inside the compound today’. The fear they must have felt. And Obama and Hillary! Ignoring their pleas. THIS IS SICKENING!

We saw one of our ‘police’ that guard the compound taking pictures.’ I remember hearing that State and Obama wanted Libya to feel we trusted them and that is why the militia was hired as guards. Could those two incompetents have made a bigger mess of the Middle East??? They need to stand trial as accessories to murder.
The “February 17 Martyrs Brigade.” Sounds similar to the Parker and Barrow Bank Security Service. This was a real stroke of genius. If banks had only thought of hiring Bonnie and Clyde to protect their deposits, just think of how more secure they would have been.
Daniel Henninginger has an excellent article in the WSJ, entitled, While Obama fiddles.
The gist of the article is that Obama is essentially capitulating the Middle East to the Islamists, who want to build an Islamic caliphate. After reading the article, it occurred to me that Obama is doing just. He capitulating to the demands that were laid out by Morsi in June of 2012 and reiterated by Mohammed Al Zawahiri and broadcast on CNN Canada the day before 9/11/12.
The demands were called a Peace Proposal, but they were essentially demands for a surrender by the US. The first demand was the release of all Islamic prisoners held by the US. Thus the Bergdahl swap.
The second was the removal of US military presence in the Middle East, which I believe to be the real reason that there were no Marines in either Tripoli or Benghazi.
The third demand was that the US stop interfering Islamic affairs and schools. (No schools for girls, but terrorist camps ok).
What Obama is doing is setting the US for a full surrender.
WHOSE interest does it serve to keep it away from the US public..?

We accompished what we were tasked to do.
Now Libya and Iraq and Afghanistan are worse off today.

Imagine what the poor people in the US embassy of Iraq think. Obama will never admit defeat, so they do not even exist to him.
You think that 0bastard and Hitlery are “incompetent”? That they may be in a sense, but what happened in Benghazi is exactly what they wanted to happen, bar one detail: All the Americans were supposed to die. But two heroes saved a lot of lives, and doing so, lost their own.
