HOUSTON, Texas--The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) is taking select Members of Congress on a secret tour of the temporary children’s shelter set up to house the children who entered the country illegally as part of the Texas border crisis.
The tour will visit the temporary shelter set up at Naval Base Ventura County later this afternoon. The Congressional delegation will be given a 40-minute tour of the facility where they will witness the interior of the shelter and the care being provided for the unaccompanied minors while they are being housed in their facilities.
An email obtained by Breitbart Texas that was sent by HHS to Congressional staffers, contains an extensive lists of rules that instruct the Congressional leaders or their staff on what they will or will not be able to do on the tour. In an apparent effort to control the optics of the story, the Congressional members will not be allowed to take any recording device, including their cellphones. No questions will be allowed during the tour.
The members will not be allowed to interact with either the staff or the children and no photographs will be allowed to be taken.
The email, attached below, explains that HHS will provide the delegation with photographs that HHS has taken and hand-picked after the tour is finished. They members of the tour will also be allowed to ask questions of a HHS designated representative after the tour is complete.
The long list of rules are being established and enforced by HHS “to protect the safety and privacy of the children” and the email states compliance with the rules is “required.”

Hey, I’m not blaming you at all. My situation was the same as you. Romney was my last choice, but there was no way in heck I was going to allow the Marxist a 2nd term.
As I mentioned previously, as bad as Romney was, he didn’t hate our nation, he didn’t businesses, he didn’t hate traditional marriage, he didn’t hate tax cuts, he didn’t hate our military...you get the point. In order for the idiots who didn’t vote for Romney to justify their abject stupidity, they must resort to the bogus claim that: “Romney and Obama are exactly the same.”
Thus, I hold those who decided to not vote in the 2012 presidential election, at least partly responsible for where we’re currently at. They effectively allowed a Marxist a 2nd term to finish his destruction of our nation. Ironically, many of these POS who didn’t vote, fancy themselves patriots. They are selfish cowards!

There were not intended as co-equal branches. The Federalist papers clearly indicate Congress’ primacy, with the Judicial Branch the weakest.

Somebody finally said it .. this whole “immigration” thing was just a ruse to overwhelm the system .. 90,000 children, and then add possibly 2 parents for each child .. and you really have a nightmare; and consider them all as democrat voters .. which means the country is in real trouble.
And .. FOX has been reporting that men have been joining in with 2-3 children and pretending to be a family. This is another reason why HHS doesn’t want us talking to the kids.
And .. if anybody was paying attention .. Glenn Beck was warning us about “overwhelming the system” several years ago. When I think back about what he taught us .. I can see that it’s actually happening just like Glenn said.
