What is it with fauxbama’s sons and overpriced tennis shoes?
I used to get angry when I would hear people from Europe and Asia call out Americans as being lazy and stupid. Now I have to concede that a good many of our countrymen are exactly that!

Hey, these people are lucky. They get to “pursue their dream” of owning air jordans as they are not tied down to a job.
I too wish I got free gubmit money for doing absolutely nothing so I would have the time to stand in line for a pair of shoes.
These people on welfare are “poor” dontcha know.
Real ‘poor’ people stand in line all day for a bowl of rice.
Real ‘poor’ people wait a week for a malaria shot.
Real ‘poor’ people don’t have shoes at all.
These are overfed suburban kids that are “poor”. Their main concern is if the spot they are standing in has good wifi for their iPhone while they wait or who is making the next run to Starbucks.

Too true; the American Dream and exceptionalism are absolutely dead. Young people will never have the aspirations previous generations had; in fact, in my limited view of things, I doubt most of them will ever own a car, a home, or have a family.
