The pressure on President Biden to move Hillary into the vice presidency and then resign for “reasons of health” would be irresistible. Considering the implosion of her book tour, which was the unofficial start of her presidential campaign, this would be the only way she would see the inside of the White House. If the Democratic Establishment is truly all in for Hillary, this is their best shot. It would change the terms of the debate for this November and give the Democrats the advantage of arguing for a fresh start with new leadership.
