We are in a situation now where most Americans are criminals, but they either dont know it, or they think they will not be prosecuted says Tim Lynch in his introduction to this Cato panel last month. Perhaps even worse, federal regulators and prosecutors have so much power that they can pressure people who are totally innocent into pleading guilty and paying fines.

Yup. Rules and regulations carrying the weight of law. Sounds reasonable. NOT!

Rues and regulations with the weight of law would be declared unconstitutional if we weren’t in a banana republic.

It’s how those who lust for power control people in a “free” nation.

The NSA has been compiling dossiers on all Americans, cataloging the federal crimes they have committed for use at a future date.
The average American commits three federal felonies a day.

One thing they can do is force you to defend yourself. They have lawyers that need to create work for themselves so they have unlimited legal services that can make a person’s life very difficult and put a huge financial burden on families.
Many of them act like thugs.

We are all criminals now. Every little unemployable tyrant in the nations government offices have made sure of that. Look at the militarization of local law enforcement. They basically have free reign to interpret law as they see fit and basically murder you. AND to add insult to injury criminals are now the protected class. Illegal immigrants are a protected victim class. Eric Holder has protected bat wielding thug racists and black mobs of feral yutes.

Making every citizen a criminal is a hallmark of Bo’s evil administration. Who would have imagined the crimes against Americans that Bo and Holder would commit?
