One of President Bush's first steps after 9/11 was to cut off the flow of money to the phony Islamic "charities" that were financing terrorism in the US and elsewhere. They (somehow) figured out the networks, and they put an end to the money flow. It's hard to tell how well it worked, but it certainly shook things up a bit for those outfits.
Likewise with our child-invasion from south of the border. Some people here have mentioned cutting off the wire transfers from the US to Mexico, until Mexicans take care of the problem on their side. That is an EXCELLENT idea, as just the prospect of the Central American kids being stuck in Mexican internment camps will do wonders as far as discouraging further travel north. That is step one - but it is still an indirect one, as it only works if Mexico steps up and does something. Mexico does not have to - they could choose to live with the sanctions.
Step two - do the same for the countries of origin (Honduras, Elsalvador [as Rush calls it], etc.). That actually will cut off the flow. The people down there do not have the money to send their kids here - it is expensive by American standards, it is out of reach for them. They are getting the money for this from their relatives in the US. Stop that flow, the kids will stop. That simple.
As to how to do it. Obviously the president won't lift a finger, this is winding up to be the "transformation" that he promised us. So, we find a judge. Maybe contact a friendly liberal group (if there are any) and ask for some pointers on judge shopping. There are still a lot of conservative federal judges - how about we find one to end it, once and for all.
Finally, add a carrot. Provide some money to Mexico, as Vietnam Kerry suggests, not to reward them for this, but to get those kids back to Central America as quickly as possible, so when the ruling is thrown out on appeal, they have to start over again in their journey here.
It's worth a shot - otherwise this is not going to end.

Candice miller is calling for the National Guard on the border but even that is kind of a meaningless gesture. After all, Bush didn’t allow the Guard to be armed and Obama will do even less.
A few years back she had a better idea in wanting illegals subtracted from congressional seat apportionment. We’ve got more illegals in this country than there are people in Michigan, Wisconsin, Illinois, and Indiana combined.

No, that’s why I mentioned getting a judge to stop the flow...it’s hopeless with this bunch, and what is happening now is CLEARLY their strategy.

Better add this in, too: A Miami paper reported that cargo flights carried millions of US greenbacks in suitcases, port cargo containers, and money bags, from Mexico to Texas, and then to Miami Intl Airport, on a routine schedule.

In addition to cutting off wire transfers, how about we cut off our aid to the governments until they put out appropriate messaging to counter the ads that are being run to come to the US? I’m not sure what periods this covers and it does not include military aid:

We could also send them a bill for processing, housing, feeding and providing healthcare and daycare for each of their citizens that have illegally entered the US.

Not an expert on the law, but I am pretty sure your judge would be someone who has to answer to Holder’s DOJ.
Your plan is an interesting mental exercise, but you are relying on the rule of law. And the rule of law is so last century now.

Who is the “we” you mention? This invasion is being bought and paid for by this administration, the very government who has the power to do what you suggest. And they are just not going to stop the progressives’ planned tsunami of alien hordes.
These illegals are being deliberately brought here in order to destroy what was once the USA. Plain and simple.
Oh, I totally agree with you that the Admin is orchestrating this behind the scenes. And, while I don’t think they’ll do it, the House has the ‘power of the purse”, so they could threaten to do it or do it (FWIW w the Dim Senate and WH). Of course, if they did, Obummer and the Dims would say how much the Pubbies hate women and children and Hispanics (so what else is new). It was just a thought (something that might be done if we had congress critters that respected our sovereignty as a nation and our rule of law).

Yes, some are quite tall for a “little child”, and most of the little children I’ve seen where I live and in other parts of the country don’t have tattoos. I saw a picture earlier on one of the articles on FR where some of these “tall children” with tats were in a jail cell and flipping “el birdo” - That just made me want to welcome them into my country and home even more/s
