Justina Pelletier is coming home.

A Massachusetts judge ordered the 16-year-old Connecticut girl, who was taken from her family by child welfare advocates more than a year ago, to be returned to her mother and father effective Wednesday. The ruling caps a long-running medical custody dispute that began when two highly-respected Boston hospitals clashed over the girl's diagnosis. The case sparked national outrage, and led Lou and Linda Pelletier, of West Hartford, Conn., to wage a bitter legal battle.

The slime who made this poor girl and her family suffer should be horse whipped.

And then tarred and feathered, and then fired, and then their house turned into a public toilet and their family members shunned.

“Justice for Justina”

It will be “Justice” when EACH and EVERY ONE of the the worthless sacks of entrails who tore this girl from her family in the first place has been plunged into utter destitution by the ensuing Civil Suit this family should file.

The Pelletier family should fully intend to come out of this with full ownership of the hospital, all the worldly assets of every Administrator and bureaucrat who touched this case from Day One.

That is the ONLY non-violent way this garbage will ever be stopped. The other option is FAR less pretty, and — besides — that’s an awfully big ditch to dig, and 30cal ammo ain’t cheap, either.

Somebody needs to be sued all the way into destitution including every disgusting disgraceful “ family services” worker with their filthy fingerprints on this case.

I agree. The parents have had to practice self control during this nightmare. They may have even had to sign some nondisclosure and no-sue guarantees, but after the girl is home, and somewhat settled, they need to find some good laywers. A really good laywer would do this free for now, with intention of taking a percentage of the lawsuits to come. This is the ONLY way they will learn not to do this to some other family.

Yes, and the civil suit HAS to grab as much media airtime as is humanly possible; it has to be completely monstrous; it simply MUST strike abject FEAR deep into the hearts of every CPS worker and nanny-state hand-wringer in the whole country.

They seriously need to take the gross assets of the hospital, the State CPS, and every miserable puke who handled this case; multiply it times ten, and make that the number they’re seeking in damages.

Here’s the Rule Of Thumb:
If there’s a bureaucrat anywhere that doesn’t roll over and wet on themselves when they hear about the civil case, the damages being sought aren’t big enough.

Its unfortunate that they were in MA in the first place. This really should serve as notice to any conservative families still holed up in that workers paradise: get out while you still can.

I thought I read elsewhere that this is the same judge who ordered her “held” in the first place.

They've had excellent representation from Liberty Counsel for months now. I'm sure LC oversaw any signing, established adequate evidence and will make sure they are well represented going forward.

Prayers going up for Justina and her family. Thank the Lord that she is home. May she recover in the arms of a loving family and return to health soon. The entire situation was an all out assault by liberals to tear apart families at whatever cost. The cost here might have been death of a beautiful young girl. God bless Justina and family
