The question is: why ruin a good American (bourbon) whisky when a mealy “British Isle” whisky is available?
BTW, I’m Scots/Welsh/Irish background and I can’t swallow the “peat-moss” whisky of any those ancestors.

Telling the truth, I don’t drink.
I inherited a nasty resistance to stuff, so it takes a bit more for me to have the same effect.
So it becomes a pointless exercise for me.
So it is merely coffee for me.
