HOUSTON, TexasRepublican Gubernatorial Candidate Greg Abbott launched his first statewide television ad against his Democrat opponent Wendy Davis during the World Cup game between the Brazil and Mexico on Tuesday night. The ad was produced and broadcast in Spanish language. Abbott appears to be making a move on the Hispanic market after Davis failure to win in half of the counties along the Texas/Mexico border.

Sadly she failed too soon.
I had hoped she would be a massive sinkhole for national progressive ca$h in a losing effort.
I don’t think she’s getting much.
I wonder how long the abortion industry and national feminist groups are going to throw money into the furnace that Davis’ candidacy has become before realism finally trumps ideology.
Local news reports she is getting lots of out of state $ . Abbots is coming from in state .
That is an ever so clever move by Abbott. Humors me to no end.
Hollywood loves stars and loves an underdog, and Democrat Wendy Davis is both. At a recent rooftop fundraiser hosted by Steven Spielberg and Jeffrey Katzenberg at the Bad Robot film studios near Los Angeles, she socked away more money for what could be a financially record-shattering race for Texas governor.
Likewise, in Manhattan brownstones, Silicon Valley mansions and Washington hotels, Davis has told her compelling personal story of rising from a trailer park to Harvard Law and reeled in donors. She now has financial backers in every U.S. state and has collected nearly four times as much at least $3.6 million from outside Texas as her opponent, Republican Greg Abbott.

Good news.
Every penny wasted on her losing effort is one that won’t go to some close race elsewhere.
Who’s on first?
And that money from the baby killing liberals ain’t gonna do one bit of good. When was the last time a pro-abort won a race for Texas governor. Ann Richards and abortion was barely mentioned in the race. She served one time and GW Bush beat her in 1994. She barely won her race for governor, beating novice Clayton Williams, after Williams made a joke about a woman being raped. She was a terrible governor. There is no way Davis is beating Abbott in this race. Texas’ economy is one of the best in the country and that’s what will get him elected. Why go backwards with Obama policies?
I had not known that his mother-in-law and sister-in-law are Hispanic. Their video presence is exceptional.
For the one who asked, Abortion Barbie had already raised $12 million, and Hollywood true believers will continue to throw money at her. For one thing, if she gets blown away 2-1, it will show that this kind of candidate fails in conservative states, and the Hollywood left so wants her to be the archetype throughout the country.
