Newly released documents show prosecutors believe Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker was at the center of a nationwide "criminal scheme" to illegally coordinate fundraising with outside conservative groups.
No charges have been filed against Walker or any member of his staff.
Prosecutors say Walker, his chief of staff and others who worked for him were discussing illegal coordination with a number of national groups and prominent figures, including GOP strategist Karl Rove.

In an online dispatch, the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel today reports how Milwaukee County DA John Chisholm and two of his assistants, who are working on the current John Doe probe of potential campaign-finance violations, have obtained private attorneys to defend themselves in a “civil rights “ lawsuit filed by the Wisconsin Club for Growth and one of its directors. State government will cover the private defense attorney fees for Schmitz, Chisholm and the two Chisholm staffers.
The best defense I’ve seen for situations like this is the truth and exposing the liars for what they are. I know of several elections that were lost because they attempted to smear the other party and the people saw it for what it was. Backfired big-time.
One of the blindsides of liberals and politicians is that they always assume they are smarter than you are. If you ask me that gives us an advantage right off the bat...

Which should scare them because all of the DemoRat candidates have proved themselves unfit and untrustworthy of that office. The DemoRats simply cannot deny the truth of their Emporer’s destruction now while it is not only hitting them in their pockets, it’s body slamming them and throwing them down onto the ground hard, hell more like into a tiger pit complete with spikes at this point....
The Dems co-ordinate with government agencies!...Like the IRS.

FYI — I broke down and went to the link. The headline is completely misleading (surprise). The story reveals that a conservative group finally got the papers after petitioning for release of the bogus “evidence” from a failed partisan assault on Walker. The case itself had no merit and was dismissed two years ago. So ABC spins this as if Walker were being prosecuted now. Total BS! The shocking thing is that the hard drive hadn’t been “recycled”.
It’ll fall flat.
He’ll fight back. He’s not a pushover.

Maybe all the documents regarding this with Walker should disappear caused by the same computer problems that made all those subpoenaed IRS documents (like Lerners) to disappear,
I mean the MSM (NBC, CBS and ABC) sure must believe its plausible.
Sounds like no subpoenaed document is safe or expected to be saved.

It’s time for the Wisconsin legislature to start impeaching government officials. The GOP rolls into the fetal position and never does anything about these out of control government officials. Now’s the time to act. Impeach the prosecutor.
