'Lost' IRS emails: Get real, Team Obama, we’re not that gullible
FoxNews ^ | June 17, 2014 | Jay Sekulow

Indeed, in the aftermath of this absurd assertion, the response from experts was overwhelming: The story makes no sense. IRS emails were not permanently stored on Lois Lerner’s computer alone (of course) but on servers that preserve records. They would remain there even if Lerner decided to do something outrageous like light her computer on fire in an effort to hide her criminal activity.

Ideology trumps the Constitution. That appears to be the Obama administration’s political doctrine in four simple words.

We might not “buy” the lost emails story, but no one will do anything about it.

So what difference does it make.

“So we just let little Lois Lerner walk away with her nice fat pension”

She is merely an instrument — where do you think the idea and orders came from?!

Part of the fall out is Brandon Eich losing his job at Mozilla. The IRS released the donor records of National Organization for Marriage to The Human Rights Campaign, the gaystopal, because they could.

http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2013/06/05/national-organization-for-marriage-donor-list-leaked-by-irs_n_3388357.html

That is how the militant gays found out about him giving money to prop 8, the human rights organization has all the donors names and addresses of all of their "enemies" that support the 6,000 year old tradition of one man, one woman in marriage.

What fallout? Nobody is even reporting it except the so-called conservative media like Fox News.

Question: When did FNC ever refer to itself as conservative?

Jesus Christ: You can’t impeach Him and He ain’t going to resign.

Note I said so-called. So-called, because the President himself gives them that label, as well as the radical Left. I laugh when they do so, as I know that Fox News is NOT conservative, just prone to less Left-wing bias.

Fox News is the media’s Emmanuel Goldstein, conveniently placed to point fingers at and hate.

But really, all this is besides the point. The national media is not following or reporting on the missing emails/crashed hard drive/we’re not sorry about it IRS defiancy.

A few years ago, I spoke to an attorney that was involved in a lawsuit against a major metropolitan police department that I used to work for. A federal judge put some type of order out that all emails, texts, etc etc had to be stored/savee.

At some point, there was a major that was in the spotlight of the lawsuit. The lawyer subpoenaed her emails. Lo and behold, all of her sent emails, for about a 2 or 3 years period, were gone. And the place used Outlook, which saves everything for 7 years.

She stated that she never sent any. She always called on the phone or met face to face.. I had experience with this major and she was a really nice person, but dumber than a box of rocks. Anyway, I told the lawyer that if he wants any of her emails, all he had to do is go to the DA’s office and subpoena any/all emails she sent to certain units. Units that I knew people in. Units that I know she had to contact regularly. As I stated before, she isn’t too bright, so she was always contacting the DA’s office for advice. Lawyer never acted on it, as far as I know, and they settled the suit. Oh yeah, she was allowed to retire.
