Obama’s people.
Look at the pics - if you dare.
Why abuse our eyes?
It is upsetting that people take their children to something like this but putting a rainbow scarf on your dog is animal abuse.
I want to go back and live in the 50s.
Well even then, the world wasn’t any holier than it is now. It was always evil.
We have to quit looking for succor in our circumstances and start looking for it in our Lord.
Then succor will start turning up in our circumstances too, as a side effect.
Things are getting worse. Much worse. They will not get better. Jesus come quickly.
Well, I can't say I wasn't warned. Jesus, please come soon.
The world was always evil, but there was a time when evil wasn’t celebrated.
I beg most earnestly and politely to differ.
Evils have ALWAYS been celebrated. The only difference has been in WHAT evils have been celebrated. We never, ever had a society bereft of that.
The set of evils celebrated 50 or 100 years ago was far smaller than the set of evils celebrated today.
I can’t think of a single evil that isn’t celebrated in this country today.
God is blasphemed when he is conclusively deemed incapable of working a vast improvement.
Faith can still bring the better relationship between humanity and God that will in turn bring an improvement.
But it needs to be EXERCISED. It’s the devil that is trying not to have it be exercised by shouting sure doom and gloom in our ears. If we believe it pointless to exercise it, we won’t. Well I do not believe it pointless!
The problem at the actual return time of Jesus will be one of a pit of almost no faith. He gave us a broad hint: “When I return, will I find faith on the earth?”
Maybe dumping virgins into a volcano (to be extreme about it, to be sure).
And it is interesting to see how the “roll over” for the Gay Pride has happened. This is mostly judicial activism. Very few popular votes and even very few legislative acts have called for the new “gay marriage.”
People have the will to repudiate this — people don’t have the power. I am here to shout until my face is red if necessary to tell them how to get the power!
My prayer, too.
Then succor will start turning up in our circumstances too, as a side effect.
...succor I can appreciate...but soccer is another matter...
