Why do you say that? It wasn’t my point. Probably 2 separate issues - sounds like her health issues are controllable but her ability to be a good POTUS is another matter entirely.
She is a bald faced liar more concerned about her party than telling the truth to the country. She seems to have no ethics at all and her overriding concern is her personal ambition for power. She, who told us she cannot be concerned about every undercapitalized business, now wants us to believe she feels our pain.
NOTHING she has done shows she has the character to qualify her for POTUS.

It is not hard to see that she is of ill health. They should get a shot of her away from makeup and filters. I think it would tell a whole other story.
Bad heart, bad brain, bad person, bad leadership, bad performance, bad liar, bad mother, bad wife, bad lawyer, bad Secretary of State, bad candidate, bad intentions, bad, bad, bad all the way around. IF she is elected President, she’ll be bad at that as well.

Only treating physicians are allowed to diagnose. Treating physicians are also under strict confidentiality rules for who they share such diagnoses with (which, aside, is why Kleins comment about not being able to reveal any more because Hillary’s doc wouldn’t talk to him is so amusing).
Terminology is important because there are strict medical and legal parameters around use of a word like “diagnose” ...

I read the headline and the first thing I thought was, Hillary has an evil heart. How much badder can it be?
I pray for her, because people with physically bad hearts can make it to heaven where their pain and suffering will end, but a person with an evil heart is just screwed if they don’t ever allow the great physician to fix it.

public figures have sued and won when genuine lies have been printed that damage their character or ability to work.
i am just saying if it is a complete lie, she could sue b/c it damages her physical fitness for president. publicfigure or not. just being a public figure doesn’t give one license to print total lies about them without fearof a lawsuit.
now if it’s not a lie she would never sue. if it’s a total lie she could. if there’s an in-between she probably won’t.

The plaintiff, a public figure, would have to prove malice not just it is not true. I believe Hillary being a political figure, 1st amendment issues would have to be consider.
in todays world all she has to do is find someone to testify against the writer who’ll say it was a hatchet piece on her b/c he wanted to take her down politically.
the clintons can find these people.
for a professional writer to write lies, known lies when they have no evidence, about someone in a major article or book, deliberately, it could be argued that that is acting maliciously. they obviously are not concerned about the truth, if they print lies knowing they are lies they don’t care what it does to the person they are lying about.
you cannot just lie about people trying to make money off those lies, and not be open to lawsuits. the bar is higher oin public figures but outright lies are not protected from prosecution b/c the victim is a public person.
