My neurosurgeon g/daughter has diagnosed Hillary as brain damaged. G/D’s staunch conservatism may have something to do with her diagnosis though.

I have a feeling their are more MD's or medical types here in FR than we know and over the years many have pontificated as to what ails her. One in particular denoted Thyroid of which this article states. I'd can't remember them all, but I'd love to see a tally of their prognosis and how close they came.
Respectfully to you and your G/D she could be in a world of legal and/or ethical hurt over that.
Only treating physicians are allowed to diagnose. Treating physicians are also under strict confidentiality rules for who they share such diagnoses with (which, aside, is why Kleins comment about not being able to reveal any more because Hillary’s doc wouldn’t talk to him is so amusing).
Terminology is important because there are strict medical and legal parameters around use of a word like “diagnose” ...
