When the President was first elected, I pledged to wait from the day of his election--to his then swearing in--to begin critique of his public policy. I promised to do so because in the day of the first "post racial" President I felt it was a necessary discipline to criticize him on policy, actions, behaviors, and decisions rather than abstract arguments like birth certificates and "the President is a secret Muslim" conspiracies.

Impeachment is vital, Biden or no Biden. As it stands we have a broken system of government, wherein the attorney general won’t enforce the law, and the executive branch runs roughshod over innocent citizens. Impeachment is our only hope to bring law and sanity back into government. Without it, our liberties will be abused by any random gang that muscles its way into power (read that as any group that gets a govt check).
I think we are toast.

Also, kidding aside, not that I am a fan, but Biden may be the ONLY guy in DC short of Cruz/Lee and a couple others...surely the only Dem, not fully involved in ALL of the scandal stuff. Why? Because who would trust Forrest to keep his mouth shut?

Except you are forgetting one difference. Many republicans joined in the threat of impeachment for president Nixon. I have not heard of any democrats wishing to impeach Obummer.
Republicans are much more divided than the Rats. That is why we are forced to endure 8 years of Obummer.

It takes two thirds of the Senate to convict, as I understand it. That must mean 67 senators, which I predict will be more than we pick up in the upcoming election, if it is not cancelled. I do believe that Biden is complicit in some of this treasonous activity, but that is probably unprovable in the Senate, although his resignation could be requested. If he resigns, then we are looking at Boehner. God help the USA.

Impeachment only works if the whole of society is beholden to the civil society and the rule of law.
Since the Obama regime and the Federal Beast no longer is beholden to the Rule of law by their own decrees and actions - impeachment is irrelevant.
At the same time however, they have rendered the federal government’s jurisdiction over us, illegitimate. They no longer have any moral authority to govern. All they have is the power of a gun - which makes them a tyranny.
Which we have a duty to resist by every and all means.
