Aahhhaaa. Bullet point #3 is the one brought by Mark Levin’s Landmark Legal Foundaion I do believe. Interesting. Will watch closely.
The union one would be the most important winner for us. I suspect a series of negotiated solutions or ones that continue the statism status quo.
Stomach doin flipflops. Hate this admin. Hope the lame duck’s goose is cooked.
More bogus unconstitutional decisions on the way.
When has the majority of the SC followed the Constitution since Earl Warren? With a collection of lesbos, liberals, and lunatics, what would you expect. Thank goodness for Thomas!
” As it stands, public sector unions have to fight for all workers in their industry, even if they’re not dues-paying members. Those non-members may still have to pay “fair-share” fees; justices are examining whether workers can reject these fees, which CBS News explains could be a “devastating” blow to the unions, which would have to rep workers who don’t contribute anything to them.”
More lies from SeeBS.
Unions have the right to bargain ‘members only’ contracts, and only represent the dues paying members. In most cases the choose not to do that.
