Indeed, jokes about lesbians aside, Julian Castro I think is a VERY likely VP choice for Hillary, O’Malley, or whomever.

I don’t care about the racial outcome. Many of those arrested are mostly harmless people who wanted to get a buzz. They’re not threats to society.
