Namely, anyone who voted in the Democratic Primary is ineligible to vote in the Republican Primary Runoff (the election today). There are records of those voters.
If there are enough voters who were involved in this vote fraud, Chris McDaniel would have a case to bring before a judge.
Note that Democrats can vote today provided they either: (1) voted in the Republican Primary (the earlier vote that forced this Runoff election), or (2) did not vote in the Democratic Primary.
It just occurred to me... In TX the voter DB does record which primary you voted in yet i was asked a few questions in the runoff how I voted in the initial primary. If I had lied, after the vote I could have been prosecuted for vote fraud. Maybe MS will be contacting the rats who voted in the rat primary and again in the R runoff?
Here’s a snippet from what deport posted previously, taken from the MS SoS site. Based on the 3rd bullet below, anyone who was registered to vote in the primary can vote in the runoff, but no crossover voting. So, if I’m reading this correctly, if a Dim was not registered to vote in the primary and/or voted for a Dim in the primary, they cannot vote today (barring voter fraud, of course).
If there is a Primary Runoff Election:
The 2014 Primary Runoff Election will be held on June 24, 2014 (Miss. Code Ann §23-15-305)
Polls are open from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm.
Citizens must have been registered for the June 3, 2014 Primary Election to be eligible to vote in the June 24, 2014 Primary Runoff Election.
If an eligible voter did not participate in the June 3rd Primary Election, the voter may vote in either the Democratic or Republican Primary Runoff.
The State of Mississippi does not allow crossover voting. Meaning, if a voter cast a ballot in the Democratic Primary, he/she must cast a ballot in the Democratic Primary Runoff. If a voter cast a ballot in the Republican Primary, he/she must cast a ballot in the Republican Primary Runoff. (Miss. Code Ann §23-15-575)
Uniformed and Overseas ballots have been transmitted in accordance with State and Federal law.
