Ballots have no ID tags
They do where I vote. Each paper ballot is linked to the voter who cast it.

They do where I vote. Each paper ballot is linked to the voter who cast it. Sounds like they competely undermine the secrecy of the ballot where you vote. Interesting. Must make it easy for those wanting to buy votes, as you can make sure your money was well spent.

They do where I vote. Each paper ballot is linked to the voter who cast it. Linking a ballot to the voter would be illegal. Annotating that the ballot passed eligibility requirements would seem more likely IMHO.
