Those concerned about state surveillance and intervention should direct their sights less to CIA bunkers, than to Edinburgh, and specifically to the Children and Young People (Scotland) Act.
This act one of the most significant of the past decade will mean the state appointment of a named person for every child, from birth to the age of 18. These have been dubbed state guardians, which is not a bad description of their role. They are not practicing a particular profession or service, such as education or healthcare, but instead will have a general interest in the wellbeing of their allotted child or children, as do parents or guardians. And not just in cases where a child is at risk, but in all cases, for all children.
The scheme which is due to come into force in August 2016 has sparked a vigorous opposition under the banner No To Named Person (NO2NP), led by individuals such as academic and spiked contributor Stuart Waiton and organisations such as the Christian Institute, the Scottish Parent Teacher Council and the Schoolhouse Home Education Association.
I dont expect The Great Leader will actually come out.....and congratulate these dopes on their progressive thinking..lest he TIP HIS HAND!!!
“Hey FOLKS if its good for those Scottishers...it good enough for Me”
Nazi Youth for the effeminate, new, global, fascist regime.

The Stasi would be proud of what they are doing in socialist Scotland. I wonder what they do if you decide to move out of Scotland to England..take your kid?
England is every bit as bad about that sort of thing and worse in some ways. So is the U.S.
In one case (as in many others), children were permanently taken from a married couple in a majority Republican county on the CO Rockies, only because there was no running water in the house (local regulation on living standards—electricity and running water). The mother had been a missionary before that.
One key is to de-fund by personal downsizing and spending cuts. Another is to give them all the room that they desire to exercise their pride. Document wrongful activities and share with friends.
There was an assessment done in regards to the divorce/cohabitation regime here, in the States, shortly after the end of the 1990s. Tens of millions had already been adversely affected by that social and political push alone. It will not be forgotten.
Now, there’s the ongoing unemployment trend perpetrated by the same elements that violated so many families. Most Americans will remember wrongs committed against them for the rest of their lives. The future does not belong to those who are now influential in any part of politics.
