But I won’t hold my breath for a Clinton appointee.

...or maybe he hates BO as much as the Clintons do.

He seriously just sounds like a judge who wants justice (gasp) and doesn't take any crap. This is the best news I've heard yet on the IRS scandal.

July 10 can't come soon enough.

I pray you are right.

Isn't it sad that all we can do is pray? An administration has been caught unleashing the effing IRS against its political enemies, destroys evidence, lies about it to congress, and all we the people can do about it is pray.

I can't think of one thing any of us can do -- our government has become so sequestered from the people and protected by the press. It's just not the way it was supposed to work.

At least one of the prosecutors was disbarred and another prosecutor committed suicide while under investigation.

Thank you for taking time to do the research on these facts.

By contrast, potshots from the uninformed are just that.

FReegards!

Thanks, Cap Huff. This does look promising.

I saw a headline that says “Obama say’s he feels like a caged bear”. It’s going to be a battle because Obama is, as I said, becoming more obstinate and reckless. The MSM won’t be able to cover for him as much as they have in the past.

I think our imbecile of a president is about to attempt his ‘end game’. They have him pretty well backed into a corner.

He’s going to become more obstinate and it should backfire on him. The MSM won’t be able to cover for him as much as they have in the past.

It's called self-adjusted to room temperature in this case... Normally suicide is not a matter for satire, but if a lefty thug offed himself - that is helpful.

Clintons hate Obamas, and this judge’s personal honor and friendship/association with B&H may override racial considerations.

I have been able to “read” liberals for some time. One liberal man I know casually and see about twice a week has become sullen and stand-offish. His demeanor is very telling. I know that guy is not happy with all this and that is a good sign.

Sometimes the anecdotal information is very telling, particularly when backed up by some polling data. We may be approaching a tipping point. The only problem is that there has already been a lot of damage, and even after a tipping point there will likely be a lot more.

RE: Caged Bear

I can think of a few animals to compare him to, but bear is not one of them . . . .

He’s such an evil creature. Discernment is foreign to too many in our country. The dumbing down of America..........

We have to depend on a private non-profit legal firm to do the work Congress won’t. Actually, that sounds very American, doesn’t it?

We’ve admired Judge Sullivan since he was on the D.C. Superior Court. There ARE some decent judges in D.C.

Yeah, I thot that bear part was a bit of a miss. I was thinking more like skunk in a cage. I catch one in a live trap occasionally and all they know how to do is squirt stink all over the ‘hood, pretty much like the Kenyan every day. You can’t get them out of the cage until they die since they don’t honor term limits or even white flags.

Yes, skunk is on my list. I won’t go into what else is on that list . . . .

You obviously have more experience with skunks than I do. I don’t care to get that experience, however.

I did do “battle” with a camp raiding bear several years ago. Insolent, greedy, and spoiled whatever it could get its paws on. Insisted everything in my camp belonged to him. Come to think of it, maybe bear is not entirely off . . . .

Pass this around so it goes viral:

Trey Gowdy TOTALLY OWNS the smug IRS Commissioner.

I find watching Trey Gowdy champion the values of integrity of the law an uplifting experience. He is truly a breath of fresh air!

Why is this man still above ground? Why hasn’t he “committed suicide” yet?

Thanks for the info.

OK, being disbarred is a real punishment. But it is frequently a fairly temporary thing. It can be appealed and credentials are frequently reinstated.

The lawyer that committed suicide is irrelevant; he punished himself.
