Turchinov Speaking of International Assistance: We Have not Received Even a Slingshot from the West Ukraine has received a lot of support from foreign partners in current difficult situation but it was mostly moral support.
This was stated by Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Oleksandr Turchinov Censor.NET informs citing Ukrinform.
"Yes, there are guarantor states on paper (The countries that guarantee the security and territorial integrity of Ukraine. - Ed.), but the reality shows that all we have got from them is sympathy and individual meal packs. And that's it" the speaker said.
According to him, all democratic countries publicly supported Ukraine, and we are very grateful for it. Moral support and the pressure of public opinion from all around the world have played a very important role, especially at the initial stage, as well as the threat of economic sanctions.
"I have met with many heads of European countries, USA, Canada, requesting to provide us with assistance in the form of weapons and technical means. Having new high-accuracy weapons would allow us not only to fight more effectively, but also to protect civilians better. Alas, we have not received even a slingshot from them. A major problem with supporting the Ukraine is that we really need cooperation from the Russians on so many intel fronts we can’t afford to risk that cooperation on something that has zero strategic interest to the United States. The same is true of Europe.
This is one of those times where we can sympathize but need to limit our involvement to approximately zero.

It’s pretty clear that we were giving Kiev intelligence support, especially in the beginning of the Rebellion, from the visits of Obama Admin officials, immediately followed by attacks.
That seems to have declined or stopped.
The EU countries are going to sit down with Russia and reach an agreement on Ukraine.
That agreement will include EU and probably Russian peacekeepers in Ukraine. Not long afterwards, the Maiden/Right Sector coalition of criminals will resort to a guerrilla war that routinely targets pipelines and assinates officials throughout Ukraine.
The propaganda crew now yelling about Russia will still be spewing the same garbage they spout now expanded to claim that EU countries and Russia conspired from the outset to takeover Ukraine so the Peacekeepers are really occupiers. (EU “occupiers” of exactly the sort the Kiev Coup wanted, just not occupiers doing what the Kiev Coup expected.)
Poor, dumb, bastards that they are, the Coup Kiddies and their propagandists are too greedy and stupid to see that they’ve ceded the very power they were so desperate to acquire.
The EU and US have from the beginning been setting Ukraine up to be in chaos as an excuse to put Brussels in charge so “fair” transit fees for Ukraine are set in Brussels rather than through negotiation with Ukraine along with EU Peacekeepers protecting portions of the pipelines. The people who funded and supported the Ukraine coup knew full well such a coup would lead to exactly the mess Ukraine is now in. Beyond removing Ukraine as an unpredictable factor in their energy dealings with Russia, the EU countries don't care what happens in Ukraine no matter what they pretend to the contrary.
The EU and NATO prefer a weak, dependent, Ukraine on Russia's border and where Russia's borders are drawn in the longer run is subject to the convince of the EU. The Kiev Coup crowd is so focused on feathering their own nest they think they've sided with the angels when in reality they've made a deal with the devil. Candyman may know it, but he's not going to be able to clean up Ukraine even if he wants to since he'll be dependent on the Maiden/neo-Nazi coalition now in control for a long time to come.
Ukraine will be lucky if the fighting only stays at the current level rather than expanding and becoming a protracted, increasingly polarized, fight leading to the EU deciding the best solution is to cut up Ukraine with a half dozen countries each getting a piece and the new nation of "Taataa Sauce" being carved out just like Kosovo was.
Such is the reward Ukraine gets for refusing to dump the corrupt Soviet style of governance by theives they’ve loved throughout their short history of Independence.

We didn’t sent you a slingshot because we were too busy giving away money to terrorist nations and opening our borders to illegal immigrants (hey they wouldn’t let us move foward with amnesty so I just bused them in anyway; hey what are they gonna do about; they haven’t done anything to me so far and boy have I ever tried to piss them off so I can try out my own private brownshirt army and microwave fryers but they just won’t fall gor it!). Anyway if we gave you any weapons it would imply that we are siding against Russia and we are afraid that Russia would kick our a$$ now that our military has been downgraded because Congress just won’t give me more money to recruit more quality LBGT people.
