Will he get the royal treatment from the Bowbama gang?
It was the Video !!!!!!!
He belongs in Gitmo.
A Libyan militant...aka...another murderous muzzie.
This is what Obama has wanted all along.
He should have gotten a one way ticket to Gitmo, faced a military tribunal and a death sentence. Obama will lawyer him up at taxpayer expense, spend millions for his trial in federal court and run the risk he might be acquitted or get some ridiculous light sentence. The guy is NOT a US citizen, committed an act of terrorism against American citizens in a foreign country so why the heck is he getting a trial in US courts? This is asinine at best.
Next stop: Rose Garden.
This guy looks to have about an 85 IQ. Doesn’t look to be a ring leader. Small Fish!
He belongs dead. So far we have not executed even one of the prisoners at Gitmo and the pirates that we brought back to the US may be released with a green card. Enemy un-uniformed combatants should be tried and executed in the field.

Has been described as "low hanging fruit."
Strange that after doing nothing for two years, the government would have one in custody this close to an election...........
jus swell.... this is what O and Holder have wanted all along. A show trial of a terrorist in our court system so they can show there is no more terrorism only criminal acts
It’s always been my belief that Holder will throw the legal defense gig to his law firm buddies in NYC. That was, in my opinion, the whole point behind trying to have a KSM trial in New York, as well. Money for the friends; kickbacks for Holder.
