Maher to Hillary Clinton: ‘Go Away’ Before We Get ‘Sick of You’
Mediaite ^ | 28 Jun 2014 | Josh Feldman

Bill Maher took on Hillary Clinton‘s big book tour/2016 pre-campaign and amid the mockery of Clinton downplaying how well-off her family is (he sarcastically sympathized with someone emerging “from the financial rut that is the U.S. presidency”), Maher had some advice for the soon-to-be-official presidential candidate: go away.

Contrary to people saying that doing the book tour now will inoculate her from criticism in 2016, Maher said Clinton being constantly on TV and in the news will give way to a different result; namely, “we’re sick of you.” And people will grow tired of her by 2016 anyway.

And so, Maher advised Clinton, “Just go away. Go away for a while. We’re gonna see each other in a couple of years. A lot… Just go away, otherwise you’re going to blow this.”..........................Most people are already sick of Hillary.

Now, if only Maher would take his own advice.

But then it’s too late for most of us anyway.

I agree, but hope that the Clintons go away permanently.

Bill said that Hillary wants to be a grandmother much more than she ever wanted to be president. Maybe she will be so enthralled with Chelsea’s baby that she will withdraw from public life and play with the baby???? And forget about running for president???

Both should go away, for good. America does not need you at all.

‘Go Away’ Before We Get ‘Sick of You’

24 years too late for that with me!

I get the feeling that Hillary will see the writing on the wall and not run. She has really blown it recently with her dumb remarks.

NO, NO,NO! He’s saying ‘for a little while.’ 2 years? He gets his cheap shot(evenhanded) in and EVERYONE forgets what he said in 2 years. Maher is rooting for her.

Time for Hillary to retire and go home to spend more time with her money. The 60s were over 50 years ago. We’ve moved on.

Won't happen as long as the Rat party remains. They are parasites, grifters, like a bad case of the clap that you cannot get rid of.

Bill says that now. Once the baby is born, he’ll say how great that Hillary can be both a grandma and POTUS. I can hear it now: “H is the strongest woman I know. Multitasking is part of our culture and she is the best there is...”

If it’s a “woman’s turn” at the presidency, why not go for broke with a more unambiguous leftist like Liz Warren? Why stop at Hillary?

The Clintons were only good with a Reagan economy to let them phone it in. They are now fossils of a bygone era.

Good point. There are lots of more liberal or radical Democrats, who think of the Clintons as too conservative, too centrist, too triangulating for them. They prefer their politicians to be full blown liberals.

I really think that the libs figure that the 2016 election is in the bag and it’s a ‘woman’s turn,’ so why waste that shot at Hillary?

What worries me is WHO they will ‘they’ put in to run.

I think 0bama will try for it. He’ll change anything that would prevent
him from running.

If not him, then the, ‘First, Black, Transgender, Pro-Choice, Michelle’.
