Yes, exactly what I mean, how do they plan to "cull" 90% of the world's population, with out creating more than just a little stir? Bill Ayers was saying back in his Weathermen days that we needed to kill 10% of the population of the US to get the other 90% in line. I suspect he has put quite a bit of thought into the matter.
