1)All aid to Mexico should be conditioned on bridges over train tracks in Mexico within 100 miles of the border only having 6” of clearance over the trains.
2) There is built a “bridge” every 5 miles, or less.

We need to send some A-10’s, Cobra gunships, B-52’s, F-4’s, P-47’s, SEALS/Rangers, anything and blow the rail bridges or lines somewhere to force the train to stop.
Also use the 3rd Cavalry to patrol the border.
