Why no outrage over the IRS' tea party targeting?
Baltimore Sun ^ | June 29, 2014 | by Robert L. Ehrlich Jr.

... American citizens were targeted by a powerful government agency on account of their political opinions — an unforgivable sin in a democracy where freedom of speech is protected and valued.

Democratic party reaction has been muted, even defensive. The old "there's nothing there" mantra has been trotted out every time another new and relevant revelation comes to light. Come to think of it, this would be the type of scenario a young, community activist, Harvard Law professor would typically get excited about. After all, these citizens are victims.

Alas, these particular victims are tea party folks — an exception to the rule. Such is the way of selective progressive indignation circa 2014. Can you imagine the outrage if the shoe were on the other foot?

If you’re counting on thad winning to give the gop victory, forget it.

Never fear, it's not going to happen. Comservatives in MS aren't going to vote for him, and the rats are enjoying the mess they helped create, to their benefit in the GE, when those rat voters go home.

The uniparty and the powers that be will resist any and all changes.

This is like a really bad marriage where the one spouse is always cheating, running up the credit cards, smoking crack, and has brought home the clap a few times. You don’t try to fix a marriage like that through marriage counseling. You obtain a divorce.

The outrage is there; media keeps it hidden. My letters to the editor go unpublished though my Congressman does respond and seems to be on the right note in Washngton.

"Why no outrage over the IRS' tea party targeting?"

For the same reason Pravda didn't make a stink about the gulags.

Exactly. In Socialist and Marxist Utopias, the pariahs of the regime are targeted for punishment and extermination to the applause and/or indifference from the populace who seig-heils the party for their 'fair share' of what is robbed from the victims.

Most of America has no clue what has happened to it and what is about to happen to those of us this regime has already demonized and sown hatred among the emoting class of a citizenry.

But history teaches exactly what is about to happen.

If only enough of us understood history and/or did not believe we are somehow immune to such things happening here.

For the same reason Pravda didn't make a stink about the gulags.

And the same reason German gentiles didn't make a stink about the Jews.

Re: “There is plenty of outrage! Just wait until we take back the Senate!”

Sorry, but the latest polls do not back up your optimism.

Here’s the link:

http://www.realclearpolitics.com/epolls/election_2014/battle_for_congress.html

We need to win 6 Democrat seats for a majority.

Today, we have only 3 Democrat seats for certain.

In 7 of the 12 “Battleground States,” the Democrat candidate is tied with or leading the Republican.

Worse news - there is a real risk we could LOSE a Republican seat in Georgia, or Kentucky, or, quite possibly, Mississippi.

Why are we behind like this, after months of bad news for Democrats?

Easy - the Republican Party doesn’t stand for anything.

The Democrats know that, the Tea Party knows that, and the voters know that.
