How Can Anyone Trust Obama?

Do you remember what President Obama initially said about the Internal Revenue Service scandal? Do you recall his professed outrage?

Obama wanted us to know how furious he was. He said, "The misconduct that (the inspector general's report) uncovered is inexcusable." "It's inexcusable," he repeated, "and Americans are right to be angry about it, and I am angry about it. I will not tolerate this kind of behavior in any agency — but especially in the IRS, given the power that it has and the reach that it has into all of our lives."

He declared that the "responsible parties" would be held "accountable." He reported that Treasury Secretary Jack Lew "took the first step by requesting — and accepting — the resignation of the acting commissioner of the IRS (Steven Miller) because given the controversy surrounding this audit, it's important to institute new leadership that can help restore confidence going forward." He said he had directed the agency to implement recommendations from the inspector general to ensure that this outrageous conduct would not be repeated.

The most recent seems to be the most blatant. Telling latin American countries their kids can’t stay even as he’s shipping them all over the country.

You don’t ship them all over the country if you intend to deport them.

It takes awhile, which is why it’s so frustrating, but government is always a generational thing. The hippie activists of 40 years ago are now in power, but their time is getting short. The generation after them, tempered by Watergate, the dismal Carter years and the Reagan era, are a whole different breed of cat. That’s why the libs are going crazy trying to ramrod their “agenda” into the mainstream. They know this is their VERY last chance.

Of course you can trust Obama. He’s vowed to fundamentally transform America and has worked diligently to that end.

How Can Anyone Trust Obama?

Air Force One crashed in the middle of rural America. Panic stricken, the Secret Service mobilized and descended on the area in force. When they got there, the wreckage was clear. The aircraft was totally destroyed, with only a burned hulk left smoldering in a tree line that bordered a farm.

The Secret Service descended upon the smoking hulk but could find no remains of the crew or the President's staff. To their amazement, a lone farmer was plowing a field not too far away as if nothing at all had happened. They hurried over to surround the man's John Deere tractor.

"Sir," the senior Secret Service agent asked, panting and out of breath, "did you see this terrible accident happen?"

"Yep. Sure did." The man muttered unconcernedly.

"Do you realize that is the airplane of the President of the United States?"

"Yep."

"Were there any survivors?" the agent gasped.

"Nope. They's all kilt straight out." The farmer sighed, cutting off his John Deere motor. "I done buried them all myself. Took most of the morning."

"The President of the United States is DEAD?" the agent gulped in disbelief.

"Well," the farmer sighed, obviously wanting to get back to his work.

"He kept a-saying he wasn't ... but you know what a liar he is."

Yep, because they know they are getting ready to RETIRE.

I am part of that whole different breed of kitty and have neither use for or patience for the previous generation of leadership. Monday’s USSC court ruling on Hobby Lobby GIVES ME HOPE. :)

Obama is using every trick he knows from his gangland Chicago playbook---he is one of the kingpins of Chicago criminal politics in the WH. He needs to get his 2012 voters to vote in this year's midterms, but its an uphill fight for Dems. Most Senate seats up are in states that Obama lost. And there has been some bad news since the last election.

I do believe Obama is becoming unhinged at the thought of losing the Senate (and the House) to Repubs.

One of Obama' biggest problems is that he's lost the trust, not only of Americans----but of Democrats.

He duped sap-happy Dems into Obamacare using unsavory payoff deals like the Lousisana Purchase of Landrieu's aye vote, and he got Dems to stupidly echo his "keep your plan" lies which are biting back bigtime.....the voters are not pleased.

Even more troublesome for Obama is that his flops are impacting Hillary's campaign. That is why we're seeing the Clintons throw Obama under the bus and gleefully drive over him.....they are desperate to separate themselves from the WH flopola.

I would not be surprised if the flopping Obama coat-tails extend to opportunistic creeps like NY's Gov Cuomo.

All in all, makes for good political theatre.

“...The hippie activists of 40 years ago are now in power,...”

Pretty ironic when you think about it... those that were screaming about “the Man” and “the Establishment” have become “the Man” and “the Establishment” and are even WORSE than what they were screaming about.

They read their Alinsky, and learned well.

That’s what the Reconquista Invasion is all about.

The United States will very shortly be the northernmost Latin American country. California is already there.

As he should be. If the GOP takes both houses of congress it's impeachment time! Throw the arrogant punk out!
