Germany's Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier is hoping to establish a new ceasefire between Kyiv and pro-Moscow rebels in eastern Ukraine, as he hosts Ukrainian, Russian, and French diplomats in Berlin on Wednesday.
A German Foreign Ministry spokeswoman said that Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin, and French Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius had been invited to the afternoon meeting. Lavrov reportedly welcomed the initiative.

Also word is now fast becoming known the US Gov. has blacked out the truth of what’s going on in Ukraine.....John Bachelor’s show was interesting about this very thing.
We’ve been saying all along that the US Gov. and MSM has not only has kept the truth from American citizens on Ukraine’s atrocities commited by Kiev.....but they’ve outright lied and mocked the events happening there.
Most recently the state department was asked about the thousands of refuges leaving Eastern Ukraine.....the State Department said....”They’re not refuges, they’re visiting their grandparents”....and the deny that thousands have left despite reports from UN’S numbers this is so.
All Nations are now opposed to Poroshenko’s esculation of shelling and stopping the ceasefire as well as the USA supporting fully Porshenko’s decisions.
Best news I’ve heard is Nation Leaders are becoming convinced this is the US attempting to force Putin to come into Ukraine with the idea of forcing a war between Russia and the US..... Thus Nato/US troops can not only enter Ukraine but Crimea as well in order to secure the nation for the plans the US has for Ukraine.
Because!......The EU is beginning to back off from IMF loans and further loans to Ukraine unless the East, South East and Crimea are part of the package.
This meeting is stunning in that the US is not invited.....looks like the EU is figuring out who really is the cause of this whole affair in Ukraine.
Steinmeier seems to be off the reservation as far as the Obama/US Media combined front is concerned.
He reportedly “strongly” urged Poroshenko to not go ahead with a big military op in the Southeast after his election, and again this past weekend.
He is widely talked about as Merkel’s successor, so his opinion matters, and he hasn’t been playing ball much with Kerry’s BS.
Ouch. That's gonna leave a mark.
