McDaniel says NEW allegations of fraud against Hinds county GOP chairman, explains invalid ballot
The Right Scoop ^ | 7/2/2014 | The Right Scoop

Chris McDaniel was on with Lou Dobbs last night and confirmed that they are up to more than 3300 invalid ballots cast in the runoff election. He said there are several big Obama counties that they’ve been unable to check so far because they haven’t had access to the poll books so he believes the numbers are there in order to challenge the election:

We haven’t gotten to the bigger part of those counties where we saw so much fraud. And that was in the Obama counties, counties that Obama won during his presidential races. That’s where we see and once we get up there the whole country is going to see it.

Not only that, but he says the black pastor isn’t the only one alleging illegal activity. He mentions another on-the-record allegation, this one from a man in Hinds county who says that Hinds county GOP chairperson Pete Perry asked him to not have the poll books there and to allow crossover voters.

Well as elections commissioner she would be ultimately responsible for the staff who had the keys to the building.

Even if she pretended to know nothing about the corruption, she is still on the hook for the results.

open up the ballots for inspection

Your comment raised a question we were discussing last week. If the ballots can be "inspected", does that mean they can tie a ballot to a voter's name in the pollbook? If so, they won't need another vote.

I don't think so, however, since the voting itself appeared to be electronic and therefore anonymous. In that case, I don't know how you could "open up the ballots".

It’s the ballot books that are key.

It is about the poll books.
That is where the fraud is being found and will continue to be found.

A picture of a poll book shows a bar code sticker applied to the line where the voter signed in. I don’t know where the picture is but there being so many news reports you can try to find it. I think it was from last Friday.

I presume the bar codes were a security device to tie the voter to the voter registration. In any event the poll books are not easy to alter.

I meant ballot materials whether they be actual ballots or poll books or absentee ballot envelopes.

the poll books are very easy to forge

Are not the Democrat pollbooks in the possession of the Democrats? Or are they in the hands of a County commissioner?

I read that they are in the possession of the county election commissioner who for a runoff election is required to provide the opposing party’s poll books to enable verification of eligibility and to prevent double voting.

I think they’re with the commissioner, but I can’t say for sure

Poll books would be very difficult to wash out.

Not only does it have the address and name of voter.
I think it has the signature, as well.
The signature would be impossible to forge to redo election poll books.
And that is where the problem will lie for the GOPe’s in MS.

If Perry, the Hinds County election commissioner and, it would appear, an unscrupulous Cochrane asset, didn’t alter the Hinds pollbooks, then I’ll assume that such a thing could not be pulled off in another county. That’s my shortcut logic.

The accusations I don’t think are about altering pollbooks, but simply not using them. Perry, according to Claude McInnis, asked him personally to not use the marked Democrat pollbooks to check for crossover voters. Now, I’ll need a Mississippi legal expert to tell me what law that violates, but I’m sure Perry is in hot water

This could easily have been done in other counties, depending on who the Democrat chairpersons were.

"This will not end well for corrupt MS GOP officials."

May not end well for the insane Sen. from AZ, either.

Supertalk this morning was criticizing McDaniel for not giving in and letting the healing begin

Wow! What a load of BS! I hope people will call the show and tell them that.

McDaniel is like Rocky, they keep pummeling him saying Stay down!”

Fortunately, also like Rocky, Chris will not lay down and give up. We all owe him for fighting this blatant fraud, time someone put the American people ahead of their own GOP network.
