CLEVELAND (AP) - An Ohio man charged with killing a teenage girl stuffed her body in a playpen bag and carried it past her mother — even offering the woman a chance to "buy a baby thing" — before disposing of the remains in the trash, police said.
Ricki D. Williams IV, 18, of Youngstown, was held without bond after a court hearing Wednesday in the June 23 death of 16-year-old Gina Burger. Investigators said he confessed to killing the girl, whose body was found in a Pennsylvania landfill two days later.
Burger was stabbed inside an apartment at a complex in the Youngstown suburb of Austintown where she lived with her mother, police said. Another woman helped Williams dispose of the body under threat of death, according to police.

In PA a death sentence = life in prison, no execution.

On the northeastern border of the Newark (NJ) Welfare Reservation, whites have known this for fifty years (since they are the remnants and descendants of those who fled when the city fell). Growing up in such an environment, I’m puzzled how anyone ever was relaxed around them; it is probably because in other environments there is less hostility/violence (the urban permanent underclass is the epitome of racial animosity).
I couldn’t imagine exposing my children to such dangerous people raised on racism since birth...

I see some of the same; the white females in question are the bottom of the barrel (hideous, addicts, prostitutes, or any combination of the three). I’ve had black female coworkers describe the resentment they feel when they see black men with white women; I’ve never felt that way one bit.
Coming from a matriarchal society, urban black men have little use for their women except as accomplices in fleecing the welfare gravy train. Maybe they get some respect from a white woman that is completely lacking from a black woman.
And I think that the PA death sentence is the best solution myself....it costs more to execute someone than pay for their life in prison with other inmates.
The private cell, private correction officers, private food preparation, and ten years of appeals....was over 1 million dollars cost to taxpayers twenty years ago....can’t imagine the costs for that ten years now.
