Expropriation Is Back - Is Christine Lagarde The Most Dangerous Woman In The World?
Zero Hedge ^ | 04 July 2014 | Tyler Durden

I have gone on record that the most dangerous organization is the now French led IMF with Christine Lagarde at the helm, which has presented a concept report that debt cuts for over-indebted states are uncompromising and are to be performed more effectively in the future by defaulting on retirement accounts held in life insurance, mutual funds and other types of pension schemes, or arbitrarily extending debt perpetually so you cannot redeem.

Yes you read correctly, The new IMF paper is described in great detail exactly how to now allow the private sector, which has invested in government bonds, to be expropriated to pay for the national debts of the socialist governments.

Or that they're doing their damndest to provoke one, in order to take advantage of it.

UN Agenda 21 says the population of Earth should be reduced to an maintained at 500,000,000 people.

There's only one way to get there.

That's a possibility too. Either way, things will change, and I suspect not for the better.

“The distinction between external debt and domestic debt can be quite important. Domestic debt issued in domestic currency typically offers a far wider range of partial default options than does foreign currency–denominated external debt."

The U.S. dollar's global reserve-currency status gives the U.S. a huge advantage over most nations. Your foreign debt is denominated in your own currency. When you create inflation, you partially default in the foreign debt -- the dollars you pay it back with are now worth less than the dollars you borrowed were worth. That's the opposite of how it works for almost every other nation.

I wonder who gets to decide who lives and who dies? You don't think this might cause a little hate and discontent among the troops? I don't see how they can kill off billions of people, unless a ton of nucs are used.

The end justifies the means, and use whatever means necessary. It's the Alinsky way.

But in reality the only way the population of Earth can be maintained at it's current level is if the food production and transportation infrastructure is intact. It is through the miracle of economies of scale that we are able to produce enough food to feed the seven billion plus people here. Disrupt that delicate infrastructure, and it won't take long for billions to starve.

An economic collapse will do the trick, which is why they are doing everything in their power to manufacture one.

“...defaulting on retirement accounts held in life insurance, mutual funds and other types of pension schemes...”

Argentina previously had a higher participation rate in personal retirement accounts, similar to our 401k plans, than the US had.

A couple of years ago, the Fascist Argentine government confiscated all of the individually-owned plans, and gave nothing in return.

Shortly thereafter, some Congressional Dems said publicly that the US should consider the same thing. Obama’s buddy, Van Jones, said, “The US isn’t broke. Look at all the money we have in individual retirement accounts!”

It’s coming. They can use any Orwellian terms they like, but it will amount to the same thing; theft by government.

If they are successful, the survivors should work hard to ensure that nobody in a government job, academia, education, working for the MSM or having any hand in that diabolical plan survive.

Again, these slime bags are assuming that no one will have any response to their actions. They might be assuming too much.

Not necessary. Wipe out a few transformers and bridges. The loss of electricity will bring about a disaster in a few days. Starvation and disease will ensue. We’re pretty fragile.
