Service Area: The Rio Grande Valley Sector covers more than 34,000 square miles of Southeast Texas. The Sector area of control includes the following counties: Cameron, Willacy, Hidalgo, Starr, Brooks, Kenedy, Kleberg, Nueces, San Patricio, Jim Wells, Bee, Refugio, Calhoun, Goliad, Victoria, DeWitt, Jackson, Matagorda, Brazoria, Galveston, Chambers, Jefferson, Wharton, Fort Bend, Colorado, Austin, Waller, Montgomery, Liberty, Hardin, Orange, Harris, Aransas, and Lavaca.

Sector Headquarters Location: 4400 South Expressway 281, Edinburg, Texas

Stations: Stations of the Rio Grande Valley Sector are Brownsville, Fort Brown Station , Weslaco, Harlingen, McAllen, Rio Grande City, Falfurrias, Kingsville, and Corpus Christi, Texas.

I spent 6 years in the Fal sector chasing these grass crawling invaders and have many way points on my garmin.

Have a lot of knowledge of the terrain....and what people will be facing in this area. I will NOT be going to rescue people
