Who had the worst week in Washington? Hillary Clinton (she must be close to setting a record)
Washington Post ^ | July 3, 2014 | Chris Cillizza

When “Hard Choices,” Hillary Rodham Clinton’s memoir of her time at the State Department, came out in early June, the book — and subsequent book tour — were touted as the first steps in the inevitable 2016 presidential bid by the nation’s former top diplomat. If that’s what they are, Clinton may be in for some tough times.

The past few days tell the story. Even as Clinton was prepping for the European leg of her book tour, she was dogged by two recurring and not-so-good headlines.

“Another annoying part of that was her incessant Bobble-head ‘head-bob’... up and down, up and down, up and down.”

You got that right! Just like the spring-loaded figures in the back windows of Asians cars!

“When Hillary keeps a low profile, her poll numbers rise. When Hillary raises her profile, her poll numbers fall.”

We have a winner. When she is shielded by her handlers and the media, doesn’t have to deal with anything not scripted, her numbers go up. When she is portrayed as a victim, her numbers go up. Look for all that to happen if she runs. The victim card will be the primary one used.

Whether the old, stumbling drunk, Hillary Clinton goes to the dustbin of obscurity or ash-heap of history, I do not care. What difference does it make?

She’s banking on the media fawning all over her when the baby arrives.

There are two kinds of people in America — those who, when they hear the word ‘’Tory,’’ think of the actress Tori Spelling, and those who, when they hear the same word, think of the Conservative Party of Britain.

Anyone who is not part of the second group should not be the president of anything more important than the Justin Beiber Fan Club. So Hillary, whose gaffe in Britain demonstrated that she is clearly not in the second group, should no longer be considered presidential material by any educated person. That should include members of the media, some of whom, even ardent liberals, are already voicing their disapproval of The Inevitable One.

The way things are going for Hillary, her next book, to be called ‘’Easy Choices,’’ will describe her decision not to run for president due to her collapsing poll numbers.

Exactly.

If Sarah Palin had confused political parties in Great Britain there would have been no let up - NONE.

Hillary, Al, Bill, Barack, Kerry - they’re just flat out geniuses and that’s that.

Next.

"a Conservative or a Tory"?

Someone should ask the lifelong Yankees fan which is the better team, the Yankees or the Bronx Bombers.

She represents every blue-nose abolitionist, crabby nagging wife, loudmouth ignorant Yankee, man-hating lesbian you have ever encountered.

I'm no supporter of Hillary (or any Leftist), but I must ask what's wrong with being an abolitionist?

And she's not an abolitionist by any means anyway but why'd you use that term?

Jesus Christ: You can’t impeach Him and He ain’t going to resign.
