Sounds like the VA scandal. Keep fudging the data to get your promotion.
Eventually they will get to the point that there will be a negative murder rate.
I just think it is despicable. The public employee unions have to be eliminated there is no accountability.

Shot and killed = 3
Shot and wounded = 34
For this 4th of July weekend, with more to come...
And you can bet those numbers will be fudged come Monday.

Simply amazing, being from the Detroit area, this makes me feel not so bad about Detroit.
