Liberals Fanning the Flames of the War on Women

The economy is shrinking, the Middle East burns, and our southern border is under siege, so with all of that bad news, what do Democrats do? They distort the Supreme Court's decision on the Hobby Lobby case to fan the flames of the phony Republican war on women to score political points.

In the Supreme Court's dissenting opinion penned by Ruth Bader Ginsberg, "The exemption sought by Hobby Lobby and Conestoga would ... deny legions of women who do not hold their employers' beliefs access to contraceptive coverage." She later continued, "The court, I fear, has ventured into a minefield."

Excuse me, your honor, but your court was forced into this minefield when the Department of Health and Human Services declared without congressional approval that "free" birth control and abortion pills must be paid for by employers. Also, nowhere in the majority opinion does this decision "deny legions of women" anything.

The smartest woman on earth, Hillary Clinton, chimed in: "It's the first time that our court has said that a closely held corporation has the rights of a person when it comes to religious freedom, which means the corporation's ... ('closely held') employers can impose their religious beliefs on their employees, and, of course, denying women the right to contraceptives as part of a health care plan is exactly that. I find it deeply disturbing that we are going in that direction."

Funny, but where was Hillary when all of those evil corporations "imposed their religious beliefs" by giving employees the day off on Christmas and Easter?

We've come to the point we expect this whining from liberals such as Nancy, Hillary and Debbie but the misleading statements and whining from Justice Ginsberg is most unbecoming from a member of SCOTUS.

They do it because it works.
Latest example: McAwful in Virginia.

It’s a winning playbook

War on women
Fund a libertarian to split the anti-vote
Win with a Clintonian plurality

“but the misleading statements and whining from Justice Ginsberg is most unbecoming from a member of SCOTUS. “

They are nothing but politicians in black robes with dictatorial powers.

Women, except the EXEMPT of course,
will suffer and die of malignant disease
and other illnesses because waits are
increasing, and gov’t will no longer
even DEFINE cancer as cancer
(just like Islam and terrorism),
nor will it treat it early and completely.

Precisely. She’s made an ass out of herself, but remember this is the woman who said other countries should adopt South Africa’s constitution.

However, the people who Obama has in mind to replace her if she retires are worse.

I find the irony funny, that the law at issue was the Religious Freedom Restoration Act. That law was passed when Democrats controlled Congress in 1993, and signed into law by a good Democrat president, Bill Clinton.

I want to see Hillary explain how she takes issue with a law approved of by Democrats and her own husband........

When democrats aren’t abusing women and blacks emotionally through their subtle prejudices, they turn to children from other countries. Their callous party has no shame.

win or lose...it arouses the base...and that’s what it’s all about. You think Obama really cares about abortion or any females “case”.

Interesting to go back and remember how that “successful” Democrat ole BJ Clinton went from a 256/177 House majority to a 230/204 minority in just two years.
