If we get the White House and both houses of Congress in 2016, we need to make sure the filibuster is not restored, in order to fix all the things that the Democrats broke since 2009. After a few years, if we aren’t doing daily battle with marxists who seek to destroy America, maybe the Senate can consider the filibuster. Personally, I never liked it in its modern iteration. I am all for delaying legislation for a few weeks to prattle on in opposition and hope you get people to change their minds. But at the end of the day, all nominations and legislation only need 50 votes under the Constitution.
