Al Salvi remembers run-in with IRS’s Lois Lerner

Lerner helped push a case against a GOP candidate running for US Senate against Dick Durban in 1996. The case was dismissed but the candidate's political career was ruined.

I'll bet the little suck-ups at the Washington Post are too busy to look into this...

I would wonder how such a promise could even be enforced. As they say, never is a long time.
