Normal with a lot of people and some people react like you do.
The worse punishment the British Navy used to serve out, beside walking the plank, was bread and water. That diet constipated everyone on it. If the punishers were really cruel they let the sailors under punishment to eat as much bread as they wanted.
So I guess I can blame my British heritage for my problem. Who knew? :)
