Centuries ago, just after America won its War of Independence versus King George III, two Europeans giants again battled over liberty versus tyranny. This struggle between Britain and France certainly involved military control of the Continent. But it was also a fight which would determine the nature of global commerce and religion.
Horatio Nelson, history’s greatest admiral battled Napoleon Bonaparte, most acclaimed general of the age. Nelson believed he fought for Christianity, free trade and liberty. Contra, Napoleon openly stood for atheism, tyranny and a globally directed economy. Symbolically, Napoleon never blinked at death and carnage, believing victory justified any human sacrifice.
Today, centuries later, Americans and the world face a similar struggle for liberty, capitalism and religious freedom, unbelievably under America’s own deranged POTUS. First, Barack has committed acts which have made defense of America’s most sacred rights harder. The rights Thomas Jefferson so memorably outlined in the beginning of his immortal Declaration of Independence:

No, the time for all of that is over. Maybe impeachment and Constitutional amendments are something that we'll have to go through as a people in order to ultimately break through our denial, but that's the only reason to go through with the time and the effort. Secede or live under tyranny is already the choice that history has presented us.
We just need to get over it and accept that painful fact.
Its legitimate as long as people give it legitimacy. I know there lots of folks that do not but there are still many that don't have their head screwed on straight that do.

A lot of people would give homosexual marriage and pedophilia legitimacy - that does not make them legitimate in the Law of God.
Whom are we Subject to first? God or men?
If it is God, then the wickedness and tyranny of men that we see displayed by the federal Beast has no legitimacy over a people who are subject to God first.
That may make us criminals in the eyes of tyrants and their sycophants who are angered that we will not bow our knees to their Baal. So be it. They may kill us - but we will still not support or follow their god.

But that said - McConnell is a LARGE part of the problem. We saw what he did in MS with Thad and that has been his whole function in the GOP - to wage war on Conservatives from a leadership position with their own party. Vow to destroy Conservatives and wipe them out and expect them to vote for them in November?
If you understood that McConnell and Obama are now working for the same end, the surrendering of the GOP to overt tyranny from Obama suddenly makes a whole lot of sense. It's all for show as long as the status quo of the Oligarchy remains in power.

Actually I think you don’t know when we arrived. With all due respect. We have been through this before with the country club Republicans. This is nothing more than Rockefeller and his cronies redeaux. Difference this time is we are dealing with a hardcore Islamo/Marxist who makes Johnson look like a piker. In addition, this President doesn’t care about the laws of this country which makes him very, very dangerous.
We are winning at the local levels. Have been doing that for the past 10 years. Still doesn’t change where we are now. One stroke of Obamas pen makes everything gained locally moot. His administration is a stage 4 cancer that needs to be removed using any means possible, with the exception of violence or armed revolt.
My contention is Cruz and Lee are our best hopes for changing this country, but in order to do that they need to be in the majority. At that point we can pressure our leaders to take action because they can. Threatening them now with removal from office if they don’t do something is ridiculous because they can’t do anything.
I know very well where we have arrived. History is a good teacher and it teaches that purges and genocides happen shortly after nations arrive where we have with a Marxist cabal in power.
God is our only hope in saving what is left of our liberties.

Neither. First and foremost we are subject to the law.
Whose law?
God or men?
I choose God over men, and I will obey men only so long as it comports with God’s Laws.
The moment it contravenes God’s Laws and tramples the Rights that come from God, any law of man is null and void.
