I’ve considered this. It is the truth as I know it based on experience but I am not an expert in infectious diseases.

TB is often not curable, only treatable. NO matter the strain it is a devastating disease that seems to never completely go away and thus the reason our society considered it such a scourge and wanted rid of it any way possible.
Also, you can be infected and not present symptoms at all or until later. Even if not sick you can be a cursed carrier for the rest of your life and may have a ticking time bomb living within you.
We have people that have been exposed on airplanes returning from Africa. NHS amazed me how fast they tracked them down and tested them. They must be tested for active TB on some frequency for the rest of their lives.
It is a serious disease and worse for a population that has not been exposed.
FRiends... I believe this a huge national disaster in the making. Protect your children. Know who they are with in school with and whom they are exposed to. We are living with a delayed reaction since school is not in session. Wait for it and watch carefully. This is not something to mess around with.
Under normal conditions NHS would track these disease carriers down and isolate them and monitor them for a long time. These children will probably cease to exist when they are released. They are illegal and without papers, a past or a future. They will vanish and our privacy laws will keep them hidden.
I think our food supply may also be in danger. Chickens in particular. Most workers in the poultry industry, from the growing houses to the processing, are from Central America. They have jobs and will take these kids in and the diseases they have can spread to the food supply. Sure, you can cook the chicken well but you can’t prevent the spread of disease to the production houses. If one growing house is infected the infection can spread to an entire production region pretty quickly. Growers are terrified of an outbreak since it can wipe out an entire area of poultry production and do it for a long time. Growers try and do prevent the spread of disease in the birds. Workers are to take showers between growing houses but many don’t. FDA has more green card vets than real Americans and they have their knives out to shut down the US poultry industry.
Chickens are particularly susceptible to respiratory infection because they have plural sacks instead of real lungs and because of that they do not fully exhale so microbes are retained longer and once infection begins it is usually fatal. Thankfully, many human diseases do not cross to other species but some do.
