Politically from the regimes standpoint they basically want to win every election there is from now on. Especially Presidential. Other than that they will place as many illegals in areas where they need votes as they can, all things considered.
Also this entire op will go a long way to take the heat off the dems as far as their other scandals go.
On our side the GOP through Boehner will not go along with zeros 3.7 billion dollar request since it makes him look weak. But in reality it also prolongs the transfer of thousands of new dem voters and supposedly GOP workers for the huge corp benefactors.
It's all very incestuous and guess who gets to pick up the eventual price tag--if you said middle class the same people who lose even more power that they had before at the voting booth now that their votes will be even more diluted.
