On his 101st day in captivity in Mexico, Marine Sgt. Andrew Tahmooressi will finally get his day in court Wednesday before a federal judge in Tijuana.
Because of delays prompted by both Mexico's unpredictable legal system and Tahmooressi's trouble settling on a lawyer, the hearing will be the first time a judge gets to hear directly from the 26-year-old veteran of two tours in Afghanistan. Although his new lawyer is urging caution, Tahmooressi's mother said the family hopes federal Judge Victor Octavio Luna Escobedo will free him.
"Andrew expressed his hope to be released on Wednesday as the judge will hear his statement and conclude non-intentional approach of the U.S.A.- Mexico border," Jill Tahmooressi said.

and the regieme and RINOs care more about disease-ridden, illiterate, illegal, third-world criminals than a US Marine. quell surprise.
For those so inclined, please say some prayers for this Marine.
They wanna take their time and do it right.
These guys are really crass A-holes.
They’ll trade 5 world class, gold medal winning terrorists for one traitor but, they won’t tell Mexico how it’s gonna be and give our guy back...
You can count on my prayers
Guess he’s on his own. The Obama regime and the GOP are too busy pandering to illegal aliens crossing thru Mexico to help an American
Frequent Fox guest, Col David Hunt (Ret) has said (on the Howie Carr Show) this Marine is not so innocent, that he has basically trafficked guns several times.
Yeah I guess if the Marine had converted to Islam that arrogant pos occupant of 1600 Pennsylvania Ave would have done anything to get him free.
Amen to that.

Some republicans have been doing all they can to get him released.
Wonder where he got that info?
If that's the same lawyer interviewed by Greta, I wouldn't trust that shyster with my life........
The question that needs to be asked is how much is he demanding for his services and ultimate payoffs to the proper authorities?
Hmmmmmmmmmm.....if true, that certainly adds a new twist to this ongoing saga.

If that is true, won’t Eric Holder offer him a job? / S
I’d have sent a SEAL or Delta team in to get him already...
Of course they do. They feel it is more PC to help the criminals, and we know PC is a permanent part of our culture. The politicians are looking for votes. They think there are more votes from helping criminals, than doing the right thing, and helping this Marine. The politicians will do the wrong thing every single time.
done
When was he supposed to have said this? I did a search and came up empty
Want him released within 5 hours? Block the traffic lanes just south of the turnaround on the SB 5. Have in your car a 'Garbage Pail Kids' sticker or similar sticker, and refuse to move forward, as entering Mexico with such items is outright illegal. Refuse to drive the wrong way or back up on the 5 - 'I'm not comfortable with that, officer.' And then put atop your cars 'Free Marine Sgt. Andrew Tahmooressi.' TV news cameras on helicopters will eat this up.
Takes 5 patriots, 7 if you also use the shoulders, and all traffic into Mexico at that crossing is finished until your 'concerns' about 'accidentally bringing something illegal into Mexico' are addressed. 'I don't want to get arrested like Sgt. Tahmooressi was.'
I heard him say it, in different ways, more than once, on a show since the Bergdahl trade. I don’t know where he got the info, but he seemed sure of it, and IIRC, said it was 4 or 5 times of him taking guns across the border.
